The mighty wasps u8’s travelled the short distance over the bridge to play Pembroke Dock Quinn’s this morning in conditions perfect for rugby. The young wasps acquitted themselves brilliantly against last seasons district cup winners and showed that they are a team to be feared this year. The final score was 13-9 to the Quinn’s but the team showed some wonderful defence ( which is improving week upon week ) good support play and some great lung bursting individual tries from Becca 2, Jac, Dylan and a great first try for the club from Rowan but it was Harry’s trickery the Quinn’s struggled with throughout the game and he scored 4 great tries. This was the best the young team have played for a long time and each player played there part against arguably the best team in the league, myself and Brendan O'Loughlin and all the parents were really impressed with you all! See you all Wednesday for training ?
