End of Season for Minis and Juniors.

Llangwm Minis & Juniors
Good Afternoon all, so here we are at the sharp end of what has been a most difficult season 🌧️. We still have many reasons to be positive- good numbers in every age group, a newly formed under 9s team, and lots of smiling faces every time Llangwm minis and juniors take to the pitch. One constant ray of sunshine this season has been the Under 11’s they have only lost 2 matrix fixtures this season, they travelled up into the North and won all six games against teams from Ireland, England and Wales. They play an exciting brand of rugby; they are as comfortable playing ‘up the jumper’ hard rugby as they are spreading the ball out wide and going around defences. Their own defence has been resolute, it’s easy to see the effort that goes into the team’s performance - both that of the players and coaches. They look focused, motivated and well drill, an absolute credit to themselves and all involved with the team.
On Sunday at 11.00 this mighty team will take on Haverfordwest in the County final at Narberth. Anyone who can get there to support will be most welcome, let’s get as much noise as we can behind this great team when they carry every ball, hit every ruck and make every tackle. It would be great if any minis and juniors players that can make it come along in  their Llangwm shirts, it promises to be a good game.
Good luck under 11s.

Nick Hughes.
