Today saw Llangwm U12’s take the journey north to Cardigan RFC who are also a team short on players so we played 10 aside with 2 subs. 
Llangwm started pretty slow today and took a while to get into the game,  but once we started to keep the ball alive while moving forward, we played some lovely rugby and were 12 points to nil up at half time through two classy tries from Bobby ‘Twinkle Toes’ and a conversion from Ollie ‘the big boot’ Longers! 
Full credit to Cardigan, they came out of the blocks firing after the break and scored 3 pretty quick tries to take the lead. 
Llangwm soon settled back into the game again, and were knocking on the door continuously in the last 10 minutes but unfortunately couldn’t quite get over the white wash.

While it was a disappointing result for us, a big Congratulations must go to Cardigan for digging deep and holding out for the result. 
They deserved the win and clearly wanted it more. 
We’ll be ready for the return fixture at Pill Parks! 😉💪
