The mighty u7’s and u8’s played there final game of the season at pill parks against a touring u8’s Hendy side this morning in front of a passionate crowd who were treated to 4 x 10 minute half’s of flowing quick paced rugby. Both teams showed some good individual runs and some excellent tagging resulting in turn over balls, unfortunately the wasps went down to a 16-12 defeat but they shouldn’t be disheartened by this as they played fantastic for long periods of the game and impressed everyone watching. There were 5 mazy run tries for aneirian and not to be outdone Sebastian scored 5 tries himself with some really good support play, also on the score sheet was mason and quite possibly the try of the season from Becca who went from her own line and beat nearly every Hendy player to score an amazing try that had both sets of supporters cheering!!

Myself and Brendan O'Loughlin would like to thank everyone who came today and everyone who has come through out the season whether it’s just to one training session or every game your continued support shows the future of Llangwm rugby is in safe hands. From a personal point of view from not having done anything like this before I’d just like to say thank you to everyone kids and parents alike for being really helpful and making the job as easy as possible!!
I hope everyone has a great summer and we hope to see you all back next season for another fun filled winter at Llangwm rfc.
